The host Natsuhara-san really went above and beyond for me, he is very kind. The cleaning ladies who come in the morning are also very kind and we did our best to communicate through the language barrier. Overall I had a great time! It's very close to Hikone Castle and in the historical town area so it's easy to see the attractions.

The staff was super friendly and we managed to communicate in English (with a little help from google) Breakfast and dinner were very good and not too expensive (1100¥ breakfast, 2200¥ dinner) The bathroom is shared with a sento feel to it which makes it great. Bedding is very comfortable and the kimono they offer look dope! Would 100% come back
