Staff was very friendly and helpful. Really kind to arrange vegan breakfast for us. Always ready to assist and behaved very courteously. The place was very clean and well maintained. The onsen in the hotel was clean and hygienic with all the facilities. I highly recommend this hotel.

The host is super nice, he gave us a very detailed introduction to Nozawaonsen and helped us with many questions that we didn't understand. We had some good chats. The location is nice, close to Nozawa shuttle bus station, and a public onsen (soto-yu). ~5-10 minutes walk to the village centre. The room we stayed in is Japanese style. The tatami and futon are very clean and comfortable. Great view of the mountains. There is a private sink where you can wash your face and brush your teeth. The toilet and shower are shared, but there are many spaces and they are all very clean.

Lovely open plan living spaces on ground floor, secluded location (with a temperamental baby we didn't have to be worried about crying waking neighbours), great bathroom, drying room and washing facilities, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. Free local bus to the Nagasaka gondola just up the street, very helpful staff from the nearby sister lodge (assisted with free lifts to town etc). We asked for a cot and a high chair and this wasn't a problem.

I like that it is close to the bus stop and the slopes but not too close that you will still have privacy. The staff are very helpful when we were trying to rent our ski stuff. I like their ski services as well and how convenient it was for us.

めちゃんこ清潔感あって良かった！ とても広かったし、なんでもあったから使いやすかったし生活しやすくて、住みたいくらいだった！！ ゲレンデまで車で3分で着く近さなのに安くて最高なお宿でとても良かった！！

8人で利用しました。リビングが広く、キッチンも使いやすい。食器もそろっていてとてもよかった。窓の外はのどかな田園風景で落ち着いており、少し歩くと外湯や飲食店もありロケーションが最高。スタッフの方と直接会うことはなかったが、自宅のように自由に使えるところがとても良い。

Everything was fantastic- the room, breakfast, location, cleanliness- it was all perfect. The staff were super lovely and helpful. It even has its own Onsen! It is located very close to the main gondola, literally a 1 minute walk. It’s also next door to ‘the dojo’ which is great for a drink or a snack and a fun place for kids to play at night time (the village is pretty quiet at night). We will definitely stay here again and everyone we met there felt the same.
