This Hanok is in the middle of Jeonju Hanok Village so everything is in walking distance. It is really nice and the breakfast is brought to your room door in the morning and you can eat it in your room or outside. If you want to experience staying in a Hanok I really recommend coming here, but you have to know that you will sleep on the floor so it feels a little like camping, but thats part of the experience of a hanok.

Location was stellar - it's right within the Hanok Village and everything we wanted to see was within easy walking distance. There's plenty to explore, see, and eat within a few minutes of wandering. The bus stop to/from Jeonju Station is within a few minutes of walking as well. Our room was clean and comfortable. The courtyard is really cute, with a variety of flowers and plants that made me smile whenever entering or exiting. There's even a little "self corner" where you can make tea, coffee, or toast bread with jam that the host has available whenever. (There's a "Korean tea," as it was described during check in - it's a Solomon's seal tea that we liked so much, we made some every night and plan to buy.) The host and his wife are extremely friendly! Upon check-in, we were sat down with a map and shown where we were staying, along with an introduction to the key areas to visit or eat at, as well as rough distance. In the morning, I was sketching in the courtyard while waiting for my friend to wake up and they started chatting with me. All the wood signs were made by the host himself! Every room has a beautiful handmade wood carving by him.

You don’t even have to leave and everything is in walking distance! It was well kept and clean as well! The owners made a lovely breakfast for us with fresh fruit and eggs! One of us ended up getting some stomach sickness and the owner helped us find a pharmacy and bought ion water, felt very motherly! She helped us get into a taxi as well! Lovely place and people! Staff does not have very advanced English, but they are very friendly and supportive. The room has a good size and has traditional korean furniture and decoration. My room also has a private bathroom, but the shower was in the middle of the bathroom (old Korean style and not super comfortable to shower). The location is great, in the middle of the Hanok Village, where you can shop, eat, and walk around to enjoy the city.
