The morning market is right outside Mali House and I loved watching life go by while drinking tea and eating a fresh croissant that I had just bought fresh in the morning market.

The room was pretty good and breakfast was included on the price. Tom, the receptionist was so so helpful, he booked train tickets to vang vieng for us and let us leave our luggage at the hotel during the day we checked out. Highly recommend it!

My stay of two nights was absolutely wonderful, above my expectations. The first and best stay during my Laos trip ! Lisa is adorable and multiplied little touches of attention to make me feel at home and welcome the clients in the best conditions. Breakfast is tasty, room is comfy and quiet and the hotel is well located close to the morning and night market. A favorite !

Tom and the staff were exceptional. Our train station pick-up was seamless. The location is quiet, yet within easy walking distance to the center of town. Breakfast hot and delicious. I really appreciated the free bananas available in the lobby. We left a suitcase with them when we did a traveling loop, and when we returned, it was like coming home to friends. We will certainly recommend staying here, if you travel to Luang Prabang.

Air conditioner and hot shower works well with consistency and control, flexible and easy to use. Bathroom is also spotless, the shower area is large and hygienic. Hot water and other drinks are served outside the corridor each story -> don't worry about running about of drinking water. Services outside the hotels are included, from motorbike rental, info about tourist attractions, transport to different locations to even laundry, boat tour…

The area by the river is gorgeous, where you can chill out and they grow their own veg. They are currently building a good sized pool which will definitely be a huge pull factor as hotels with good pools at reasonable rates seem limited locally. Netflix on the telly was a nice bonus too. Breakfast was fine.. coffee and eggs for me.. I'm easily fed.
