The location is halfway between the train/bus station and the Trakai castle making it easy to go to both destinations. The room is quite spacious and I chose the one overlooking the lake. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. In the evening I enjoyed a relaxing drink in front of the lake, and with the setting sun hot air-balloons fill the sky and make for a very scenic and romantic scene. I was very impressed with the food offered by the restaurant. If visiting, make sure to take the mushroom and cheese bake!

Everything in the villa is premium, down to the furniture, light fixtures, curtains - you name it. The kitchen is also ludicrously well-stocked. The hosts are lovely (thanks for the help arranging taxis!) and the location is fantastic - only a 5 minute walk to the main lakeside bar area opposite the castle. Thanks for a wonderful stay :)
