Water pressure is great, no worries about bathing and mirror in bathroom also has LED lights. Located on top floor, absolutely no worries of mosquitoes and great view at the balcony.

Clean, quiet, modern facility. Host was very helpful and friendly. She volunteered to pick us up at the bus station and made sure we were properly checked in. She also helped us find a taxi driver for the tours at reasonable cost. We really appreciate the personal touch. Easy access to downtown via rideshare.

Unfortunately due to the presence of elephants in the area it was not possible to do a lot of the walking activities which was frustrating, although quite rightly they were cancelled due to safety concerns. This meant a fair bit of sitting around which was fine for us but probably would’ve been frustrating for those with children. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. All meals are communal affairs and the food is good, home cooked and tasty.

Short walk to the orangutans and sun bears-I was disappointed with sun bears-but it’s a short walk and visit. Staff were lovely and helpful. The restaurant did not open when scheduled-my only complaint. We stayed 3 nights to recover from jet lag from US. The 3rd night an orangutan came onto the property-we missed it because we went to the floating village for a seafood dinner. The rooms were huge. Ours had a beautiful view of a small river. Vegetation was beautiful.
