Giel is an incredible host! When we asked where to walk he accompanied us and regaled us with information about the area and the flora with fascinating facts about the trees and how local people used them. I really appreciated the respect he showed for the knowledge of local people and the talents of his chef. He also accompanied us when we wanted to go out to see the stars.
