Wonderful place with exceptional atmosphere of art and beauty in the middle of lovely countryside. Beautiful town of Deventer and the nature park of Veluwezoom are just short drive away. Caring hosts created a true feeling of being their family: tasty breakfast, lunch packed for the day out, advice on restaurants and sighseeing, guidance to the world of Marijke's artworks.

We liked everything from start to finish. We stayed for 3 nights and loved it. We were given good directions in advance of our visit and on arrival received such a warm welcome from Hilde. The accommodation was amazing in part of the converted farm house, which still retained so many of its original features. There was everything you needed and everywhere was spotlessly clean. We loved the breakfast choice (which I will not write about to make it a good surprise for you). The fridge with beers and wine etc. was an added bonus and such a great price too. We also loved the senseo coffee machine! The location was just perfect with ducks, sheep and birds just across the road. Plenty of room for children to run around and play. Everything had been thought of. Thank you Mathilde for a wonderful stay. We hope to return again.

What a wonderful stay we had! Ellen and Frank thought about every detail and they made us feel super confortable there! I had some expectations by seeing the pictures and reading the reviews, but when we got there it was even better! :) the hottub was relaxing, the small house was beutiful and the breakfast was delicious! Super recommended!

Location! I was walking the Pietepad. It is a small detour, but arriving just in time to sit on the terrace and watch the sunset was amazing. It's a very cosy location, simple but clean. Nice that it has a kitchenette and that candles and lanterns are provided.

This little house has anything and everything you need for a pleasant stay. Very well equiped kitchen, comfortable living room, lovely bathroom, hot water, heating, lovely bedrooms... Garden furniture perfect... Private parking...
