This is a beautifully designed accommodation, elegant and very comfortable. Our host Bridgette was charming, so helpful and generous. Breakfast was expansive and offered in a lovely dining hall. We walked to the centre of Valkenburg. One of the best accommodations of our 6 weeks European travel. As an accommodation host myself I was hugely impressed by the personal service and attention to detail.

Beautiful, comfortable, large apartment with great facilities! Nice cabinet in the bathroom with a decent sized counter so your stuff doesn't feel like it's in the way. Very responsive Wi-Fi, right in the middle of town, easy walk from train station, quiet in the evening, comfortable bed and pillows, great little kitchen, and a bonus oscillating fan. The little freezer is perfect for fans of making ice too. We were able to half freeze water bottles to get super cold water. Super pleased with our stay. The hosts were incredibly responsive to messaging, and met us right outside the door whenever we let them know what time our train was arriving. We loved it so much we asked if we might be able to extend a day, but it was already booked. Wonderful lodging in a fantastic town.

We had everything we needed for our stay, the welcome board outside was a nice welcome. The living room had festive touches and the welcome from the owners was really nice. There were board games that the children used, there were plenty of room for the 5 of us. We would stay at the property again.

Cafe conveniently located close-by on the grounds as well. We got a complimentary welcome drink of choice when we arrived. We stayed in one of the holiday homes, which has a good size for 4 persons. Great views from the windows. Do take note that the 2 bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, and the stairs are relatively steep. Manager called ahead to make sure key collection was organised.

The hotel is a big complex but spacious, at the end of a residential road - so the cute part of the village is quite a walk if you don't have a car - but I didn't need to go. The hotel is modern, airy, and so it's the room: big. Walk-in shower which I love.

Support people were excellent, had a problem while there and handled it immediately and efficiently. Even took off their shoes to come in!!! Was there in the winter and can not say what it would be like in the summer with families and children. Would definitely go again. Did not use the restaurant but I am sure it would of been fine. Shopping is near by but you do need an car to reach the stores.
