Everything, though about 10 minutes off the beaten path it didn’t matter once you got there. On the front porch you looked right at Mount Cook. The house itself was immaculate and the appointments were top notch. If you are staying for a few days do not miss this one.

We arrived after a long flight and a drive from Christchurch and were very pleasantly surprised at how nice and homely this cottage was. It is well appointed, everything works and is easy to use. For us it was a very good place to recover from the trip and start our holidays. The owners live in the house next door, we had a couple of friendly conversations and felt that everything we needed was taken care of without there being any intrusion.

There were alot of small touches in the house which was much appreciated. The beds were comfortable. The rural view was beautiful and we really enjoyed the spa pool which was heated up and ready for our use. There was a BBQ which with full accessories, which we could use, which we did.
