We had a lovely time here with our family of five. The kids even enjoyed the cold plunges in the swimming pool. The incredible baked dishes by our ever so friendly host and the farm animals made this the PERFECT family stay for us.

This place was wonderful. The accommodation itself was totally adequate - living area, large bedroom, well stocked kitchen. The outside terrace was lovely and got the afternoon sun. We did use the pool which was nice. We were so pleasantly surprised by this place. We would describe it as charming and we loved it. We are already saying we would come back.

We were impressed with the spacious apartment for 4 adults. Beds were comfortable and washrooms excellent. The view was amazing, we enjoyed sitting on the terrace looking out to sea. The access to parking was good. We had a minor problem in the beginning which was fixed promptly and we just loved the place. Very clean and efficient and would certainly want to stay again. We loved Luz, and after visiting a lot of other ocean towns were glad we picked it. It was never crowded and the apartment was within easy walking distance to the grocery stores and the beach front cafes. All the local people we met were friendly and all spoke English, which put our lack of Portuguese to shame. With excellent roads we were able to visit many other towns, all within reach. Couldn't ask for a better holiday.

There is not much to do in Luz apart from the beach so this is the perfect place to relax, which is what we did. The villa is well equipped with everything you need and in top working order. We loved the barbecue kitchen, every holiday home should have one! The heated pool is a godsend because the sea was still very cold, even in late June.
