Had an amazing time at Volcano View. Isaac and his staff went above and beyond to help me and my friend get around and plan our activities in Musanze. Liborah's cooking was delicious-- we enjoyed local fruit for breakfast and some of her fantastic home-cooked dinners for a few nights when we didn't want to go out. Veg options can be scarce here, so it was nice to have something made. Very cozy and homey vibe.

Excellent accommodation, and was kept very clean. The staff were all very friendly and super helpful. They really know how to look after their guests with the extra touches such as cleaning our boots and car - this was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was also good. The service and food was exceptional. As soon as we arrived we were made feel extremely welcome. Respa in reception put us in a bigger room than we had booked and done it up all special for our honeymoon which was a rlovely surprise. The food was so good!! Breakfast lunch and dinner was very tasty! We always looked forward to the next meal especially in the evening beside the fire. The manager brought us on a really great tour on our second day there to the twin lakes. This included a short hike, a boat on the twin lakes out to a restaurant where we had another delicious meal with an amazing view and then back. He organised travel for us to Kigali also. We also got a really lovely kind gift off the manager which was a cow skin rug. Such a lovely gift to bring back home to Ireland. I honestly can’t fault our stay. It was everything we wanted and the team were always so welcoming and ensuring we had a great stay. That we did!
