Very available, very nice owners. Always quick to reply, and very helpful. The staff is also very friendly and very nice, although we did exchange less with them given they were busy working when we'd encounter them. The location is perfect as it's just close enough to Beau Vallon, next to a bus stop, but also a little on the side, so there's less agitation. The apartment was great, fully furnished and usable and the pool is a nice addition to cool off after a hot day.

Our stay at Villa Roscia was amazing! The home atmosphere and kindness of the owners left us with a very warm memory! We loved the breakfasts, morning cappuccino on the balcony with the best possible view. Huge advantage is that the villa is located in a very calm area so you can enjoy a sound of the waves. Very relaxing place. Downstairs you can meet very friendly home pets. Which is fantastic for animal lovers. We will definitely miss Mr Grey and Mia. Two lovely cats. Rooms are very comfortable and the dressing room is separate so it is nice to organize your things around. We had a little ceremony in Seychelles and Paolo and Nicole made it more special for us. They really make you feel at home and welcomed. The couple is able to provide a fair transportation fee if needed. They have lots of great recommendations for local restaurants and places to see. The beach, restaurants and pubs are just a minute of walk. Perfect location. I would recommend this place for everyone who is looking for a place to relax. It had been a wonderful week for us and we are so happy to choose this stay.

Amazingly clean room, high standard of comfort. There are everything in this huge apartments, nice bed, nice bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. We was in others apartments before and we can compare. Location is nice, 4 supermarkets about 400 meters, beautiful beach about 600 meters ( important, without any hills). Private free parking, closed territory, silence (only beautiful birds songs can disturb). We spent beautiful time on Beau Valon. Special thanks to the owner for barbeque facilities, we prepared tasty fish on it (about 12:00 it possible to buy from fishermans on the beach). Thank you one more time.

1) The host Erika is SUPER responsive, helpful, and kind. She helps me with booking tours and airport pickup/dropoff car with very reasonable prices, gives me a bus card to use even after I check out (they are booked out for rest of my stay so I had to move), and is ready to help anytime. Eddy her husband is really nice too. I feel great about contributing to the local economy by staying at this family-run B&B instead of international hotel chains. 2) The location is ideal, Beau Vallon Beach and Mike's Store (convenience store) are just down the road (very hard to find convenience stores in Seychelles, so being close to one is a huge plus), also walking distance to bus stop, bars, restos in central Beau Vallon. 3) The photos on their page don't do them justice. The room is super clean, spacious, modern, with amazing balcony views overlooking the ocean and trees. Very quiet at night. 4) Many B&B's here have dogs on the premises, and they bark a lot at night, but this one doesn't have dogs, so that's another plus for people who are allergic to pets or are light sleepers. Highly recommend this place especially if you aren't renting a car. Mahe island is very very hard to get around without a rental car, and taxis are hard to book and expensive, so staying in a central location within walking distance of things is important. Also, don't stay in Victoria, the town is dead after 4pm and far from the beach.

The entire staff made us feel very welcome and were very prompt and courteous in their service, making good suggestions to improve our stay. The property itself is the biggest draw, located on the slope of a hill and directly facing West leading to sighting some absolutely glorious sunsets. The villa was large, luxurious and spacious and had all the necessary amenities and a nice infinity pool.
