This was an excellent place to stay, situated close to the centre of Fjallbacka and in a beautiful part of Sweden. Having parking on-site was a real boon. The apartment was very well-equipped, clean and tidy, and tastefully furnished. Two suggestions for improvement 1) a kettle for tea drinkers and 2) put a house number on/close to the door to make it easier to find! (We phoned the owner for advice, and she was very helpful).

We booked last minute and it was one of the last available options in the area. Because we were so late and out of options we did not expect much. The location is incredible, our room was way bigger than expected - actually it was three small attic rooms in one. The kitchenette was clean and there was complimentary coffee and tea. Evalotta herself was incredibly kind, and everything was just very simple, but effective, clean and well done.

Villa Evalotta has a very good situation above the harbour and the village, just a few steps away from the church. From this point of view, this is a very central location. The house itself has several terraces where to sit and chill around a glass of wine or a cup of coffee enjoying the fantastic view on the harbour, the see and the surrounding islands.
