After a long time Rožňava has a nice place to stay meaning something with really added value just a spot with bed to sleep over the night. Room was spacious very cosy and modern. Mrs. owner was also very nice to us and provide a breakfast we actually didn’t count on first. Cellar room where breakfast was served was a beautiful experience as well.

The location was ideal for my trip. This was not a hotel like a Holiday Inn and there was no breakfast. It was a very quiet and relaxing stay. I do recommend it if you are in need of a place to stay while in the area. I know that at least one of the rooms was a 2 room suite. The owner had to be contacted to check us in and he responded within just a few minutes and was very friendly and accommodating. The room had a refrigerator, a safe, and a hot water kettle for instant coffee.

Around the corner is a very nice restaurant but you can also decide to stay at home and cook in the common kitchen. What is extra nice is the garden and that there is also a part that has a roof so you always can sit outside, also when it rains. The room that we had was really.comfortable and beautiful and with very nice beds. I highly recommend Villa Angel.
