The hospitality and friendliness of the staff was exceptional. The property manager was very welcoming from the beginning. He walked me and my guest to the villa and walked us the amenities. The front desk staff was very helpful and they went above and beyond. The staff at the beach was helpful in preparing the beach chairs as well as giving us a ride to the beach. The complimentary breakfast was great and the fact that the grocery store is across the street was awesome. The Ports of Call is in a great location and I highly recommend.

Breakfast was ok, but they were building a new kitchen area so it was limited to bagels, juice, etc...Our villa was clean and accommodated our party of 6 very well. Things were clean and new towels provided every couple days. Close proximity to many local shops & restaurants made this a great base camp for our trip to Turks.

Location was good but bathroom shower door did not close but it was not a showstopper. The beach directions were not very good and if you need them, they are: from hotel, turn left. At first street, turn right and keep walking toward the condo villas. When u get to the villas, bear to your right and you will see a sign that says Beach Access and just follow it to the beach.ChemiseGroup

Easy access to the shopping in Grace Bay. They provided us with basic baby needs like high chairs and a crib (although the crib was missing a mattress and just had folded-up blankets which may not be safe for newborns). Pretty private spot surrounded by shrubs, and plants and detached from the main resort (just another villa next door). Quick walk to the grocery store.DrewSolo traveller
