It is a very comfortable boutique hotel, has very clean rooms and lounge zone, friendly personnel. Every morning very delicious turkish breakfast will wait you on the roof of the hotel. I was really surprised by breakfast, it is very reach and tasty. Hotel is situated near center of old Avanos with a lot of restaurants and cafes. it's very warm in the room even in January.

Since the beginning, we felt like this is was our cousin’s house or extended family. I made a mistake, my reservations were a day later since we arrived after midnight. However, they were still there working and accommodating us because of my mistake. They fixed our reservations and got us 3 rooms in no time. The rooms were so clean and exactly like the pictures on the websites. It exceeded our expectations with everything. They speak very good English, and got us anything we needed. My friend needed toothpaste on our third day in town and without hesitation they got it for us.

Let me start with the hosts Derya and Emin, who are absolutely wonderful. Helpful with planning activities and so pleasant to be around. The rooms are comfortable and spotless clean. The garden is a wonderful place to relax and the location is an easy walk to town. Heads up, motorcyclists, Emin has a garage that he offers to those of us riding motorcycles. As we know that’s a huge plus. I highly recommend this place and hope to return.
