They also organized a collectivo back to neiva for us.

The accommodation provides airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. It was really cool to be out in the middle of nowhere in the desert. The hotel is very rustic and located on a functioning ranch with cows and horses and everything. It is also walking distance from the two grey desert hiking trails. The owner was really friendly and fun to chat with as well as helpful with anything we needed. The food was also some of the best hotel food we’ve had.

Biohotel tatacoa Qji is set in Villavieja and has a pool with a view and garden views. There is an in-house restaurant and free private parking. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. This is probably my top favorite place to stay in all of my Booking accommodations! The hotel owner was super friendly and attentive to our needs. He helped us arrange transportation to and from the hotel. He even offered us an extra cabin with a really good view (please see the picture attached) at no additional cost. I could see the stars just a few walk away from my bed :), which was amazing. The sunrise view and sunset view are also amazing if there isn't too much cloud. The food was top notch. Make sure you try the pizza margherita if you're a pizza fan or the Poke bowl :D. All the cooking is done by the hotel owner. There is also a natural pool that you can swim in.

She organized a private tour/driver to the desert for me, Augusto was great! She also organized a private person who was willing to drive me to Neiva after 10pm because I took a nightbus to Cali and the last bus from the village leaves around 6pm. She made me a delicous breakfast and the bed was the most comfortable one I slept in since weeks! Don‘t miss out in this great host and hostel :)))) Muchas Gracias para todo!

The owners of the place were amazing and were even waiting outside for me, so I knew which hostel it was after a long journey. They helped me plan a tour to the desert, and the location was walking distance from the square. The place was clean and good value for money

The recently renovated holiday home is located on the ground floor and has 1 bedroom, a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, an oven, a washing machine, a microwave and a fridge. Guests can take in the views of the garden from the patio, which also has outdoor furniture. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and is protected by full-day security. Located just a 10 minutes walk outside of Villavieja, this beautiful cabin works great as a starting point for exploring the area. It has a great bed, amazing bathroom, a kitchen, a TV, air conditioning, and a laundry machine. There is a good, local restaurant almost next door where you can eat, or you can go into town.

Some units have a terrace and/or a balcony. Guests can grab a bite to eat in an outdoor dining area at the campground. I loved the cottage, and the whole feel of it. It felt like we were secluded, so that was really nice.

We had a room that was actually a large tent but perfect with a little air conditioner we had to turn off because it was too cold. Perfect breakfast typical with fruit and actually good coffee which was a pleasant surprise. It was a shared bathroom, but there aren't that many rooms and it was always clean. They have they're own little store for drinks and snacks too. The best part was them hooking us up with the observatory and learning about all the stars at night. Best time in Tatacoa and I've visited before like most of us de Huila. Oh, the pool was perfectly clean and temperature was great too perfect place
