Owner was always there to help to plan tours and get around. They are continuing to invest into the building, with a lot of great ideas (BBQ area, sun deck, organic vegetable garden). The property has an amazing views, and Mr Ahmed was very professional and helpful. The location is very quiet and the private beach is beautiful, so many pools and there a bar and a restaurant in compound which is a bonus. I would definitely stay there again.
