It offers modern-style accommodation with free WiFi and air conditioning. Extremely friendly staff, great rooms - everything is new. Free parking! Great HVAC, the room heats up quickly - not a given on the coast during the winter. Good curtains block out the light when needed. They don't offer breakfast, but have free tea/milk/hot chocolate/coffee at all hours, and a free croissant in the morning.
