First time in Maldives and we couldn't have choosen better: it has been the best family vacation ever and it's difficult to describe in few words all the beautiful experience. Fulhadhoo is a real paradise: the long bikini beach with the soft white sand, the fluorescent sea and its big variaty of sea fauna (without words when we saw the plancton bioluminescent at night on the beach), the beautiful topical forest and the little village to see how local people really live. No roads, cars and crowd, the perfect place to relax and recover yourself from the daily life routine. Elvira, Simbe and all their team made us feel at home, showing great care. Elvira the perfect guest house manager, the sweetest host ever. Simba our best guide in Fulhadhoo, the excursions with him and his local team were beautiful and strongly raccomanded: lunch at the beautiful desert island of Innafushi, night snorkeling with corals illuminated by UV lamps that made the seabed an enchanted world (like in Avatar), sunrise dolphin sightings (truly emotional), snorkeling outside the atoll where we saw sea turtles, a shark, and an endless amount of tropical fishes. Last but not least, a beautiful romantic dinner on the beach, from sunset to full moon, a unique experience. Also if you do snorkeling by yourself, at few metres from the shore, you can easily see a lot of fishes or reach the sandbank. About guest house, rooms were confortable and clean, there are different common places to rest surrended by nature. Food is always fresh and healty but mainly according to local taste and availability: fresh fruits, eggs, tuna and rice. You can chose the half pension formula with a menu that change ever day or the menu a la carte. In the end, our vacation at Tree Hearts guest house was great and this made our Fulhadhoo experience more beautiful.

Clean and comfortable rooms are fitted with air conditioning as well as a fan and furnished with a flat-screen TV with cable channels and an en suite bathroom with hot/cold shower facilities. Was a big room. You could use the kitchen in order to make a coffee for free. Friendly personnel. The dinner was rich and chip.

The stay in Tropical Tree Guesthouse definitely made our holidays in Maldives. The treatment & highly professional way of interacting with the guests is phenomenal, and deserves all the praise. The guesthouse staff demonstrated a great level of enthusiasm and hospitality. (Despite of rather small size of the lodge and lack of any luxury). Very well done! The excursions offered by the hotel (we booked 2x fishing tours and snorkeling) were simply amazing (especially the fishing tours). It was different from any other plain vanilla „commercial“ tours we previously met other countries. The tours are being performed with high level of enthusiasm and efforts of the guides. We definitely recommend to visit the wonderful island and especially this hotel to everyone, who is willing to explore the „Real“- Maldives.

Dhoani Maldives Guesthouse is a recently renovated guest house in Kendhoo, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. The property has garden views. There is a sun terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. All staff were very nice. Everything we agreed on in advance worked. The guesthouse is very trustworthy. It is an inhabited island, so you need to behave accordingly, but the people here are pleasant. There is a nice beach for everyone and also a bikini beach where, unfortunately, the entrance to the water is not ideal, so we rather used the public beach in surf clothes. The guesthouse has the equipment exactly as described, we liked the perfect high quality mattress. The island is not big and neither is the beach, so you need to bring about 100-300 USD extra with you and then you will enjoy really great experiences that they offer. Excursions to the surrounding islands, sandbank, dolphins, etc. are really great and you will enjoy the real Maldives for good price. We were satisfied and would love to come back. Featuring inner courtyard views, Ahiva Village in Fulhadhoo provides accommodation, a private beach area and a terrace. This guest house features air-conditioned accommodation with a patio and free WiFi. The guest house has family rooms. We really enjoyed our stay at Ahiva. All the staff (especially Yogi and Selvi) were always friendly and helpful with everything. The food was delicious and the room was cleaned daily on request. The snorkelling trip 🤿with manta rays was a wonderful experience, and in the evening we were also driven through the jungle free of charge to watch the glowing plankton, but unfortunately there was hardly anything to see. But the starry sky was something we will dream about for a long time to come.✨🌌 All in all, highly recommended.👏🏻👍🏻👌🏻☺️👏🏻

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, LVIS Village is located in Dharavandhoo. Situated 100 metres from Dharavandhoo Beach, the property provides a private beach area and free private parking. The accommodation features free WiFi throughout the property, as well as a terrace and a family-friendly restaurant. Everything is SUPER, was a short stay. Loved everything, this guest house is operated together with LVIS beach property. I paid less since stay was at LVIS Village as this is a lower priced property having it located in the Village instead of being on the beach, but is just 30 seconds walk to bikini beach and beach front LVIS property where beach front restaurant, garden and sun loungers for all guests are located. Garden and Beach is excellent, I spent all the time on the beach and garden and used room just to sleep 😁 Food is exceptional, excursions are great. Best or all is warm hospitality, how genuine staff is, feel like home. This is a place to return

Located in Baa Atoll, Island Zephyr offers a garden, free WiFi, full-day security, and luggage storage space. The accommodation provides a shuttle service, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Everything! The guesthouse was amazing, beautiful gardens and common areas and the room and bathroom were lovely. Very clean and well decorated. But the best thing were the hosts. They welcomed us in like family - what amazing people! They were so warm and lovely and helpful; organising all of our activities, joining us for mealtimes, taking us around the island. We will 100% return!

To Martin, Thank you. We had a wonderful (less crowded) stay on your stunning island. The room was amazing, modern, comfortable, clean and spacious. Our bathroom had an open shower where we could see the moon at night time, it was magical. We had complimentary water during our stay at the guesthouse. A beach towel and other towel were also provided along with coffee. The free breakfast was huge and delicious. So much so we chose to eat dinner every night at the restaurant as well. Very reasonably priced our meals were between 5-10US dollars each. Aside from the hospitality from you and Shariq our favourite part of our stay was the close proximity to the bikini beach, which had amazing snorkelling so close to the shore. We saw black tip reef sharks, eagle ray, hawksbill turtles and many schools of fish. At night we went with Shariq to the ‘secret spot’ which isn’t really secret but we liked to think so… and we were beyond delighted to be joined with several eagle rays, sting rays and 5-6 nurse sharks one night. We loved our stay! You can also rent snorkels for 5US dollars a day and there are many excursions that are reasonably priced. Thank you for organising our transport to and from the island by speedboat it took 2.15hours to get there and less than 2hours back (it can be rough for those prone to seasickness). Thank you, we absolutely loved our stay. * Please note when we arrived we were actually upgraded to another guesthouse owned by Martin, which is not on booking.com yet. We highly recommend it.
