Everything about this place was exceptional—check in was friendly and personal (despite me not speaking very good Spanish), the room was large, clean, very comfortable, and air conditioned, the shower was hot (and it has a nice showerhead), the internet worked perfectly the entire time, they gave me a secure parking space, and allowed me to to checkout late at no extra charge. This is now one of my very favorite places to stay in the city!

The coast is 3 minutes downhill from the property. It was one of the most unique places I have ever visit. It is very peaceful and quite and the feeling is like you are in the middle of the forest. Coffee pot and full fridge in room. Location of condo is in a heavily guarded sector of old city. Very safe.
