He kept an eye on my car parked across the street from the Casa Luar while we hiked 4 days northbound on the area’s Fisherman’s Path. The breakfast was outstanding! Fresh baked bread, excellent coffee, fresh juice, pastries! Very tasty, very convenient and taken together with the room, excellent value for the price. The room was spotlessly clean. The location was very convenient for our purposes and we were able to feel comfortable about parking our car there while we hiked. As soon as we came back 4 days later to retrieve our car, the owner immediately came out and chatted with us!

Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the barbecue, or enjoy views of the mountain and city. Clean, newly renovated apartment, well stocked kitchen, great location. The host Patricia is amazing, she let us in 3 hours before check-in time, welcomed us with wine, cheese and bread. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

And there are great seafood restaurants in the village and down the road - Sacas and A Barca Tranquitanas

Our host was welcoming, generous and informative… sharing both his knowledge and love of Odeceixe. The breakfast, served both inside and on the patio offered a full spread of meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, homemade yogurt and fresh bread. Enough to fuel us for hours on the Rota Vicentina! Centrally located, you’re within a few minutes walk to restaurants, the central square and the road to the beach.
