We have stayed at the property twice already, and loved both stays. The apartments are very new and exceptionally clean. The whole building is super well maintained. The property administrator is very friendly and accommodating. We had to book our stay very last minute and he was super responsive and helpful, for which we are very grateful. The apartment was very cozy and comfortable, great minimalistic decor - which we love. Loads of space in the bedroom closet as well as in the bathroom, making a longer stay comfortable. Air-condition, as well as loads of windows - made a summer stay easy and not stuffy. There is free parking at the property which was a big plus! All in all, great choice for a stay in Cluj.

We arrived at the accomodation exhausted, after a very unpleasant experience with another property where we obviously couldn't stay. It was after midnight and they waited for us, helped us with the luggage and offered us very useful info for buying fresh food since my grandmother needed to eat something before taking her medicines. The location is quiet and we had a great room with balcony, windows with mosquito nets, so we could enjoy sleeping with fresh air. The room was very clean, there was a very clean fridge and plenty of fresh towels. The shower water pressure was great. One can turn off lights from a switch near the bed. They have a private parking place with marks, so there is parking place for all guests. A big thank you to the night shift who helped us greatly in many ways and the same to the morning shift who were so friendly and offered us coffee from he house! We discovered you mid in a crisis situaton for us, but we will come back to you anytime when we will be around. Your great service and friendliness are highly appreciated !

Getting into the apartment was amazingly easy. The owner sent a video with instructions how to get in, leaving little to interpretation. It's much more precise than a verbal description. More owners should do this. The apartment was huge. You could easily stay there comfortably for a prolonged time. The location was great too, near the university in the old part of the city. The rear of the building (see uploaded photo) looks to be part of the city wall. There are numerous restaurants in the area.
