Overall, my family and I had a great experience at the Ralux House, the host Sr. Mário, his wife, and staff were incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. Although we didn't have breakfast most of the time, breakfast was always available. The rooms were wonderful, clean, and perfect for our stay in São Tomé. The location is superb, only 5 minutes walk to most tourist attractions in the city centre. My mother had a wonderful 79th birthday celebration. She loved the guesthouse and felt at home, and that was important. It is never easy to please a teenager and a 79 year old lady 😁, so I'm glad they were both happy. Thank you, Sr Mário and family, we will surely return! I recommend Ralux House to everyone visiting São Tomé!

The accommodation provides a minimarket, and currency exchange for guests. Very good location, and the apartment is equipped with everything you need. Comfortable bed, great shower pressure, good AC. Close to very nice restaurants and shops. Host is very accommodating and helpful as well as responsive. I would recommend staying here! Breakfast is served at a local downstairs. To check in you have to go to the shop on the right of the entrance. Pay cash (did say will charge my card but didn’t)

Set in Milagrosa in the Sao Tome Island region, Welfare AgroTurismo features a balcony and mountain views. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Guests can make use of a bar. This was the best place we stayed in Sao Tome. It is about 30 to 40 min drive from the airport. The garden in the front of the property is fabulous and well designed with many interesting plants and fruit trees. There is also a cocoa plantation through which you can take a leisurely walk. The owner, Maria, was an excellent host. She was very welcoming and friendly and she made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The food was very good and we had 3 evening meals there all of which were delicious and well presented. The Mousse au Chocolat made with cocoa from their own plantation was so good that we had it for dessert each time. The breakfast is very good too and we were given plenty of fresh fruits and fruit juice. We stayed there twice and both rooms we were given were very clean and the beds very comfortable. If you are after peace and quiet this is a fantastic place as you are surrounded by nature. There is also the option to take longer walks in the area.

The accommodation provides free shuttle service and a 24-hour front desk for guests. Breakfast was good. Eggs, bread, fruit. Host is super accommodating and friendly. Place is clean, and close to the airport. Super if you are going to Principe., though a hit of a walk (maybe 45mins) from downtown sao tome.

There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service. we arrived late afternoon after dark and the staff was very kind and friendly showing us the accommodation. we add the Vila all for ourselves and choose the room we wanted. Went out for diner but the staff were friendly and offered to cook diner. Theres no Aircon but the fam does the job well. Clean sheets and comfy bed. Shower water pressure it’s not the best, but no one’s on a hurry so take it Leve Leve! Breakfast was simple but delicious with coffee, tea, lots of fruits including Pitanga (Surinam Cherry) and scrambled eggs, all in the company of Leica (dog) and the beautiful and bold black young cat. The sunrise was unforgettable with such a view. it really feels like paradise.
