Hot water all the time. very good price to stay here. i highly recommend this place. I'll be back here one day for sure. I spent a very nice time here.

We had a simple short stay in Sousse and felt well taken care of by Samir (who lives on the same floor). The host was communicative and reachable via texts/phone. The location is perfect, a stone throw away from the long sandy beach and a short 10 minute walk to the medina and train station. Very convenient location for day trips and plenty of options for food/cafe. All requests were promptly taken care of and we appreciated the great hospitality.

Nice restaurant 200 meters north on the beach open all day.
