Our room was large with a comfy bed and good lighting and a private bathroom which had lots of hot water and amenities. The wifi was fast. You have access to a washer and a kitchen with a fridge and gas stove if you want to do any of your own cooking. The kitchen for the guests is also stocked with tea and coffee. It's like having your own home in Kars. We highly recommend it and will stay here again.

Room and outside is very clean and staff is very helpful. It was a cold and snowy day so we cooked our meal in the kithcen which has enough tools to cook and eat. Room was very warm even outside is below 0 C.
