I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Phil's and Faye's B&B. Communication with them was easy, and when I arrived was even upgraded for free to a bigger room. After having stayed in a tiny shoebox in Manhattan, it was great to have such a spacious and well-decorated room to myself. The room itself was spotless, had A/C, and a huge bed which was very comfortable to sleep in. On top of that, I even had the (usually) shared bathroom on my floor all to myself. The entire B&B truly makes you feel at home away from home, starting with the interior, and all the way to sitting at a big breakfast table with the other guests in the morning and chatting away. The B&B is also less than 10min away from Church Ave Subway station, which gets you into Manhattan in less than 30min. By foot you can also easily reach Prospect Park and Park Slope / Brooklyn Heights. Check in / out was very smooth and the overall experience very positive - Would 10/10 recommend staying at this B&B since it's very good value for money, and generally a lot nice to stay in a smaller place than big hotels of lower quality just to be closer to Williamsburg or Manhattan etc. Thank you both again for a wonderful stay!

This was an ideal location for my visit to Brooklyn. Short walk to family and subway station. I stayed in the room with the private bathroom. It was spacious and comfortable. Beautiful artwork displayed. Property was clean. It is very important to read the details and description of rooms and property. Boris is very personable and communicated his expectations clearly. I appreciated the phone calls and FaceTime prior to arrival, to ensure that everything ran smoothly. I felt like this was an excellent value for the location and it exceeded my expectations.
