Our host provided us outstanding hospitality showing us dishes made by him and his family, from their garden. The kitchen is very large and has excellent appliances, a great variety of cookware and serving ware. There is seating room for 18 people - you could have a dinner party here! We really were able to make ourselves at home in the kitchen and in the bedroom. The bath in our 1 queen room was large, had a very nice shower with Jacuzzi, and the tile was very pretty. The house was built in 1918 and has been fully renovated with modern amenities but it keeps the charm and style of the original building.

Peter, great host he welcomed us into his home and pretty much showed us his house and where everything was he was very accommodating, very polite. They even cooked home meals in their beautiful kitchen the night of our stay unfortunately, we had already ate. The only downfall is you have to walk around the block to park your car besides that everything was great.

Peter is an astoundingly good host. I felt completely welcome, and he truly thought of most things a traveler might need. When we had special requests (like our clothing got completely drenched from our walk during a rainstorm), Peter found a way to solve it. He was accessible and also gave us privacy. He made sure we knew how to work everything in our room, so that we were well outfitted. He helped us manage suitcases and parking. It was great. The feeling of staying with a friend or family member is not what everyone wants from their accommodation, but I loved it. The house is also really beautiful and comfortable.
