Ideally located on a residential street, but just 10 minutes' walk from the Clifton Hill tourist district, Ambiance by the Falls B&B offers free WiFi and on-site parking. It was a lovely house, very clean and the room was great!

The house is incredibly charming, breakfast is excellent and Jamie and Dan are very friendly and helpful hosts! From the house we could walk to all there is to see in Niagara Falls, simply perfect!

Our stay at the Niagara Grandview Boutique Hotel was nothing short of incredible. The building is picturesque and adorned with tasteful decor, clearly reflecting its recent renovation. Everything was impeccably maintained, with the bathroom, especially the shower, standing out as a dream. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making our experience even more special. The cherry on top was the delightful breakfast, which was prepared with such care and love. We were so enamored with our stay that we immediately extended it by a day. Highly recommended!

Overlooking the Niagara Gorge, this B&B is just 2 minutes’ drive to Niagara Falls. A hot breakfast is served daily. Victorian-style rooms are equipped with cable TV. Very nice and helpful hosts. We had a great time in this beautiful BnB. Thank you so much Lin &Jin :)

Located within 5 minutes' drive from Niagara Falls, this bed and breakfast features a daily full hot Canadian breakfast. Guest rooms are uniquely decorated and each includes free Wi-Fi. Felt home. Mattress was really comfy. I usually have issues with hotels mattress not being comfy. Breakfast was great. Fresh and good variety. Sunny was very very helpful and accommodating. No noise from other rooms even though looks like a small space between rooms.

The breakfast was excellent; and you were free to make your request within reason. The stay felt like being with family. Dragana is a real professional hospitable and kind host along with her parents, a good conversationalist, and is on call as needed. The location is central and ideal, and is within walking distance of Niagara's attractions. If you're looking for a home away from home, Rainbow Air B&B is the place!

Susan's Villa is located in Niagara Falls and is 1 block from the Niagara River. The hotel offers spacious suites with free WiFi and complimentary parking. I love that they were able to accommodate my dietary needs (gluten free allergy). The BNB was close to everything such as shops and stores and especially the falls. The family was kind and welcoming. I felt very comfortable here.

Situated in downtown Niagara Falls, within walking distance to many main attractions, this adults-only bed and breakfast features cosy accommodations in a quiet residential environment and free WiFi... Amazing place to stay for a short or long trip! Right next to the We go bus bed and breakfast stop. Everything is close and the area is so nice and quite. I would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay near Niagara falls!
