Sandra was working front desk when we arrived. She was very helpful. Found the directions for a restaurant that we wanted to try. She also came to our room with a TV remote because we were having trouble with ours. All the housekeeping staff in the morning were cheerful and greeted us in the corridor when we were walking to the breakfast room. The breakfast was excellent , hot, plentiful and tasty. The young man tending the buffet was very organized and kept the chafing dishes filled with nice hot food.
