Very clean and nice with some stuff left in the kitchen for us. Has secure parking in underground garage and is close to lots of things in the city. The host was very friendly but be aware you need to speak some Spanish or be well prepared with translation. Very lovely and helpful person. The sofa is very comfortable and can turn into a bed which is nice to sleep on. The shower is very good temperature and pressure, just don't use it for a long time if you have a few people staying or it will run out of heat for the last people.

    The host was flexible on our arrival time and was there to greet us when we said we would be there. The apartment is quite large by European standards and would very comfortably fit 2 couples. One ensuite and one separate bathroom. The kitchen was well supplied and functional. Very clean, and the wifi was good. The location is very central to Aviles and it is a great place to walk and explore. Many great restaurants in easy walking distance.

    The hotel's location is great, right in the city centre. The staff was very nice and gave us great tips for our travels. The room was very big and we had a very comfortable stay. The other guests were respectful and the hotel itself was quiet at night. For breakfast there is a nice and cheap place right on the same street. I would definitely recommend the place.

    The location was good, we were 10 minutes walk from the centre. We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was lovely and very clean. The owner was very kind and helpful. We had a great holiday!!. Thank you!!

    Very big apartment, comfortable, large kitchen, very nice host. Safe location, quiet area, car garage. All very clean, good internet access. Helpful hints from the host what to see in the area. Good location to travel to attractions in Asturia, however rather own car needed.
