Miguel is a wonderful host extremely friendly, he helped me with my luggage, explained the area and recommended other areas to visit and easy to communicate with throughout the visit. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. Everything was new in the apartment. The location was great, a block away from the beach, walkable town and more local feel. I would go just 15-20 minutes away to Costa Adele to the Siam Mall and other shopping, and more of the tourist experience.

    We loved our stay in Alicia's apartment. It was spotless with all the facilities we could need. Alicia stayed in close contact and even tolerated my attempt at Spanish! Perfectly located to drive around the South of the island and even explore Mt Teide. The local town has a post office, supermarkets and beach all within walking distance. Having off the road parking was a luxury that kept our hired car cool throughout our stay. The small balcony was ideal for breakfasts in the morning sun.

    The location is very peaceful with a beautiful view. Ideal if you have a car. Kerry is super helpful and nice. We are definitely coming back.

    The location was ideal for us. It is a very light and airy apartment with everything you need for a great stay, which was enhanced by the large secluded and private Roof Terrace. And finally it has a lift/elevator which can is essential in a building over 4 floors.

    spacious , good facilities , extras like coffee , sugar, cooking oils , nice big comfortable bed, good quality towels ,location for bars and restaurants ideal , close to prom walk and about 15min walk to beach . good Wi-Fi , entrance and shared stair / lift very clean .This is a really well fitted/ finished flat.
