We loved this hotel, it’s a great little find. The owner and staff were very welcoming and friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. The lady at breakfast even ran out to the bakery to get us more of the bread we liked. It was very nice to sit outside in the garden room. The rooms are very tastefully decorated, modern but still very French. The room was spotlessly clean. we will be back.

Dream place, we stayed at the Eden Villa. The services of a Hotel and the privacy of your own house, right in front of the beach with a direct access to it and private terrace. From having breakfast delivered to your own terrace overlooking the sea, to swimming before sunset when the beach is already empty,...all those little pleasures you can dream of for a family summer holiday. The beach was never overcrowded because there's not too much parking in the area so we got the benefit of already waking up there and having a beach practically for yourself (at the core of the summer). And our boys would just walk out to the beach on their own.

Frank and his family are exceptionally nice and helpful people. Frank can speak German, which was very welcome for us, because our french is lackluster. He can also talk very good english and by his own words some belgish :). We would be glad to come back next year, I can highly recommend the location for a family vaccation and for a quite time as a couple. The beach is only 800 meters away, and there is a big parking place nearby, so absolutly no problem to get to the pubilc beach. The swimming pool is amazing. Its about 11 meters long, filled with fresh water (no salt) and heated even in the summertime. The whole garden and pool area is clean and beautifully set up. The sun lounger and umbrellas are of high quality. You have a parking place at the house for your car. The Interior is nice, the bathrooms new and the beds are comfortable. I had to write a long summary because it was so worth going there. Again thanks to the hosts. I hope we see us again

We stayed at Lone Star House for six nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is exactly as advertised in the pictures. The room is comfortable and we enjoyed our nice terrace, where we had a nice breakfast each morning. The boulevard of Ste Maxime is within a 15 minute walk, which we did not mind at all. Plenty of great restaurants to choose from, and also a great location to travel to other villages such as St. Tropez, Ramatuelle and Gassin. Lastly, the service Kim provides is just superb. She is a very welcoming host who likes to have a chat but is also great at giving you your own space to relax. We will definitely come back here if we are traveling to this area in the future.

    The terrasse and the view are amazing. Better than on pictures (new very nice table and chairs...). It was very clean and I thought it was in an excellent location : not too close to the seaside (because then you get the road noise) and central to the popular nearby cities. Did not test the sofa-bed.

    Great simple room Very clean and reasonably priced Continental breakfast and good coffee Great location Locals love the food there. It’s very popular and very good . I ate twice there and food was lovely. But limited vegetarian options

    Fantastic location in Sainte Maxine. Rooms are modern, large & spotless. Access security uses finger print which meant you didn't need another key.
