Less than 3 miles from the historic centre of Canterbury, this luxury B&B enjoys a rural setting within its own oak woodland. It offers en suite rooms with free Wi-Fi and plenty of off-road parking for all guests.

Exceptional. The location worked well for me - a c. 10 quid taxi ride into Canterbury - had plenty of parking room. There was a forest to explore and pigs to see. It was really beautiful and peaceful! The host was wonderful and welcoming and made a fantastic full English breakfast to order in the morning (plus, there was cereal, etc.). The room was comfortable and modern and everything worked like it should! Would highly recommend.

    The Hotel was located in an ideal location in the grounds of the beautiful Canterbury Cathedral. Included in the room rate was free entry into the Cathedral. All the staff were very polite, friendly and courteous. The room although on the small side was very clean withy a good view. The breakfast menu was extensive and very nice and for the first time i found a hotel that knew how to prepare scrambled eggs well.

    Nice big room, very clean. Perfect location. Staff were very helpful. It's a Spoons Hotel, so it has decent food, which is affordable. They let us keep our luggage there for free after we had checked out.

They were very professional when dealing with my complaint over the housekeeping. The hotel was very clean and tidy, a good priced bar and an excellent all you can eat buffet breakfast. Lots of choice and fresh hot items added all the time. An extra bonus was the waffle maker!.

    Fantastic location, right in the heart of Canterbury. we always stay here when we visit our son in Kent. Rooms are spotless, staff always friendly and can’t complain about the breakfast which is just right. The only thing I would say is request a room away from the bar that is right next door, as they play their music loud and you can hear it from some rooms. You pay more that some budget hotels, but then a lot less than other hotels, so worth the price,

    Perfect place. ideal location. Hospitality was amazing. The place was very clean with all that you need for relaxing vacations. The hosts were also amazing and very friendly.
