Huge rooms over 4 floors (you need to bear this in mind if there are mobility issues) amazing outlook over paddocks from living room. Very quiet when we stayed. Great location 5 mins walk to bus stop then 15 minutes bus ride to centre of Newcastle! Wish you could guarantee a property like this everywhere you wanted to visit.
