I relied heavily on the positive reviews of other guests to make my decision to book this accommodation, and I'm so glad I did. It is a delightful place - spotlessly clean, with eclectic furnishings that show care and attention to detail. It is in a great location and a short walk into town or the train station. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen equipped with everything we needed, and there are thoughtful extra touches throughout. We stayed in this accommodation at the beginning and end of our recent trip to the UK to see family, and we were all so glad to return after our travels in between, as it felt like coming home. The owner communicated well and was welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

It was just wonderful. Mops was so welcoming as was Plum her Jack Russell. The views are outstanding. The hut was very comfortable and cosy. It will be my go-to place when I go south to visit my family. It was lovely to meet the chickens, ducks, pigs and sheep and to wake up to bird song and watch the deer from the window.

Everything was just wonderful. The summer house is comfortable, clean and cozy. The views are amazing and the bed is super comfortable. There are plenty of places to sit and relax both inside and on the wonderful deck. I spent the evening on the deck reading a book by the fire just relaxing and unwinding. The bath is wonderful. Grab a glass of delicious wine and soak in the bath while you watch the deer and the geese down the bottom of the garden. We also had dinner on site. Delicious food at very good prices. Hein and his whole team really went the extra mile to ensure everything was just perfect. We will definitely come back here again.

The host was very communicative and accommodating. There were 4 of us - 2 adults and 2 kids - and the flat was perfect; beds were cozy, shower had great water pressure, the decorations brightened it up, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you needed plus snacks and coffee to get you going before you had a chance to go to the shops. Very conveniently located in Tunbridge Wells - quick walk to anything else you could want to do or need. Was just looking for a place to rest our heads at night and was happily surprised that it was such a lovely place to stay.

A beautifully decorated and well equipped flat in a good location in Tunbridge Wells. Our hosts left a good selection of teas, coffee and biscuits plus olive oil and salt and pepper. The main bedroom is very comfortable for two, while the second bedroom is a bit cramped for two but fine for one. The lounge/dining/kitchen area is large and comfortable with some lovely touches. Decoration is done in taste and one feels one has arrived at a model home!
