We loved the property - the rooms are wonderful with the separate lounge. Convenient to everything and for exploring on foot. Parking at the premises which was great. Coffee/tea and honor snack bar is great. The most wonderfully comfortable beds!

The breakfast was exceptional, fresh, culturally relevant and presented perfectly. Robert and William were perfect hosts and provided lots of information about experiences in the area that made our stay in Fryslan even better.

This was a great property to stay at. It was just on the outskirts of town, but easy to get to the center of everything. The host was very attentive and accommodating. The outside space was especially nice.

We loved the peaceful location! Recently renovated with well located windows that makes the whole experience so much more relaxing. The owners, the eye for details: homemade bath bombs, a complete coffee and tea corner, decorated like a cosy home, beautiful views, comfortable temperature, pet friendly and so on...!

A lovely remote accommodation and very quiet,our host was very welcoming and friendly couldn’t do enough for you but was never in your way. Breakfast was extra and there was always enough to make a sandwich for lunch. Accommodation was spacious and comfortable 2 large double beds and a small dining room with tv and tea making facilities there also a microwave and a fridge which had drinks in at extra cost but not overly priced. Would definitely go back if we are back in Holland sometime.

Very good breakfast, plenty of food for the start of a 110km cycling day. The host is nice and helpful. This being an old farm, the location is quite unique, its a nice change of pace from the big cities. The bed, though not that big, was surprisingly comfortable. The shower being a rain shower doesn't matter at all, except for being a bit less powerful than you're used to, it does the trick.
