Wonderful Quiet Attic Apartment with strong and stable WiFi. Apartment was well stocked with everything you would need for a short or long stay. It even comes with a washing machine and detergent. Apartment faces a large garden so it's really quiet. Sound proofing is pretty solid. Plenty of street parking within 20-80m. Wonderful Hosts! Gina was very responsive with clear communications. Her husband, Josue met us at the property to go through the apartment features and entrance requirement. We would stay again when we return to Horta. :)

It's Cool & Calm Area with Cool & Calm Accommodation with all necessary facilities. I simply recommend you due to its reasonable prices against all above mentioned. I will preferably book it again & again whenever I go to Horta.

We appreciated the warm welcome and easy check in, with keyless building and room access. The rooms look out over the harbor, and the hotel could not be in a nicer spot. Free parking was plentiful, and there is a lot behind the hotel as well. Nereida is perfect for self catering. You have a kitchenette in the room, plus a fully equipped kitchen in the common room. So you can cook a bigger meal in there if you want. It is also close to several good restaurants and a market. We would recommend it to anyone for sure.

Needless to say the VIEW!!! I couldn’t believe my luck when I entered my very spacious and comfortable room and saw that view from the French door and the terrace! I had the sunrise, the full moon, glorious Pico, the sea, the meadows, the birds, the lights of the port all in one amazing picture right in front of me. The weather was on my side too! I always close all shutters and go for the dark when I sleep, but not at Alice’s house! Impossible to block the view! The room itself was also perfect, comfy bed, two types of pillows (memory/hard and soft), spacious wardrobe and chest of drawers, TV (not essential for me but there is one), excellent shower, very hot water, BIDET! And in the communal living room: extra towels, hair dryers, coffee and tea and biscuits, kettle, mugs, glasses, fridge. Perfect for breakfast (I didn’t use this facility but I appreciated that it was available). You can par on the road (which is on the way to the Caldera, by the way) or in her parking space in front of the house (steep entrance). On arrival I was welcomed by Alice, super nice and super cool! I saw her just on arrival but if I needed anything, she left her number in the room. So lucky to have stayed in her beautiful house! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

    First thing I must say is that this was THE CLEANEST apartment I've ever stayed at, and I travel a lot. Everything was spotless. Very large space and comfortable, which had everything we needed, kitchen was fantastic! The hosts even had some small snacks and water on arrival which was really appreciated. The owners live in the flat above so key pickup was very easy, and were very friendly, sending messages with all instructions ahead of time! The location is just ideal too, we couldn't have chosen a better stay!

    Tents are very spacious and comfy (equipped with bed, lignts, table and chairs!) and very clean! Ours was even cleaned during our stay to remove grass debris, perfect room service! Bathrooms are also comfy and high standing, with nice decor and equipements. Campsite is near the beach in a very scenic location. And cherry on the cake: owners and staff really care and are always smiling and helpful!

    I stayed there for the second time and hope to return in the future. The apartment has everything you need and is very clean. The location is excellent - two minutes to the beautiful Porto Pim beach. There's a nice bakery around the corner and a local snack bar. Peace and quiet. Close to the marina of Horta and the Entre Montes touristic trail.

    Very unique, lovely and comfortable stay with incredibly friendly hosts! Rooms are nicely decorated, well maintained and very clean. Location is in very short walking distance to everything you want to visit in Horta.

    Half of the property is the location and the view, one of the most amazing in the Azores. Just sit on the terrace in the evening with a glass of wine and you will understand. The house is nicely decorated and very clean.

    The landlord was very kind to us and gave us a guide to the island and explained the places to visit and when we should do it, he even told us the ideal day to go up to see the Caldeira. In addition, the house was very clean and equipped with everything you could need, the beds were comfortable and the location was undoubtedly the best on the island. We will repeat without a doubt in the pink house. A perfect stay.
