It was very clean, great location, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. We asked in advance if they could keep our luggage until check in (we arrived at 12:00, check in was at 15:00) and they already made our room, so we could do early check in! Exceptional service began before we reached our suite. My husband and I were delayed by an entire day due to ferry service, and our accommodation was adjusted to fit our unexpected travel delay without any disruption to our reservation. We arrived before check-in and were met with the loveliest staff; they allowed us access to a hospitality suite to so we could freshen up before exploring the island. The morning breakfasts were amazing and kept us fueled for the entire day! We loved that the distances to all our day-trips was perfect. It was excellent walking distance to downtown and was extremely safe walking to and from no matter the time of day. Our suite itself was one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in! We were even given reusable water bottles to use and it is a nice souvenir I took back home to Canada.
