Out of the Blue has a perfect location so you can easily reach every point of the island. It's far away from the noise and only 3 minutes walk from downtown. Out Of the Blue is such a nice hostel. The breakfast is different every day and it's generally beautifully looking and tasty. People from the staff are helpful and the bar has a happy hour and they serve amazing food. There are plenty of bathrooms and they are supplied with everything you need. The beds are done daily and they are really comfortable They organize group Tours and that's a nice way to get a view of the island and meet fellow travelers. Hotel Arcanjo is housed in a 19th century building that combines traditional and modern design. It is ideally situated 50 metres away from the beachfront, south of the São Miguel Island.

Hotel Arcanjo offers comfortably furnished rooms with views of the ocean and surrounding area. Decent breakfast, comfortable, quiet, very friendly staff and good vibes. We will definetely book this hotel again if we return back to Sao Miguel. Thanks for everything!

The breakfast was very nice with the other guests. Friendly atmosphere and nice to be part of the hosts home and family.
