So comfortable bed, great bathroom, great shared facilities including social dining area and swimming pool, beautiful garden and green houses. Located right by the sea, easy walk to local great restaurants. Easy to reach from airport, not far from port, but far enough to be peaceful

We had an amazing stay at Green &houses! Super comfortable bed, large bedroom with plenty of storage. Large bathroom with modern shower. Plenty of towels supplied. Body wash/shampoo included. Large separate living room area with very comfortable sofa. Adjoining kitchen space was well outfitted with fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery. Host supplied a basket of fruit and cheese, fresh rolls and butter. Everything we could possibly need was covered. Filipe, was very helpful with suggestions of places to see and visit. He also gave us a tour of the pineapple greenhouses on the property. Only downside was motorbikes on the road at night, but we put on some background white noise on our phone to cover the noise. We live in the country, so normally we are used to silent overnight, but we had no problem once we set up the white noise. Property exceeded our expectations. We would definitely come back if we make it back to the Azores.

Philip and staff were very accommodating, especially with favours in regards to my 7 month old baby. The pineapple from the property was the best tasting pineapple I have ever tried - so sweet! We had a large van and they had a large parking space. The hotel's location was excellent - close to the highway so it was easy to get to attractions. We also took many lovely walks along the shore which was amazing. Philip was also very helpful, answering questions and providing recommendations!

This was a great place to stay. The manager was very helpful, informative and ensured all needs were met. He also provided some great information on the pineapple plantation and some of the processes used in the farming. I enjoyed my time here (even if the weather wasnt so good).

Wonderful location in general, green garden, scenic fantastic pool and close to the sea. Very nice bathroom and shower and interior design. Mostly calm, if there's not too much street traffic. We knew it before, but beware that this location is about a 35min walk from Ponta Delgada city centre and also beware that at least in our apartment - there was only a microwave and a small fridge, so no real chance of cooking anything there. Also, super nice mansion-keeper with lots of good advice and friendly communication!

The place was very nice with a feel-good atmosphere. The garden is superb and the place is very quiet. The area around the house is ok. Very local. There is a very nice restaurant/cocktail bar. The house is not in the center of Ponta Delgada but very close to the motorway so you can travel every where on the island without going through traffic. I would recommend it
