The units were immaculate, clean and located in good area. We were one of 3 couples who each rented our own unit. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. WIll definately consider staying here again if I end up in Marathon again.

Located in Key West, 1.5 km from Higgs Beach, The Porch on Frances Inn provides air-conditioned rooms and express check-in and check-out. Don‘t know where to start, such a wonderful place to stay. I was travelling alone and it felt like so much more like visiting friends, Belinda is such a gem! The location is new and extremely well kept an clean.

This is a great place, it's thought of everything- kayaks, bikes, aquacabanas, hammocks, a spacious design between cabins, rvs and sites with surrounding water and wetlands. We were a couple in a beautiful cabin but could see it's great for families too. The pool was a highlight too!

It did feel somewhat like a hotel atmosphere. Tv was a little bit difficult to work, but that was not our downfall. The weather could of been better to enjoy more of the park. Other than that.
