The house is very clean and houseguests remain quiet. The apartment is very close a metro station so it is very easy to travel to downtown. Parking might be a little troublesome if you are travelling with a car. But in the neighborhood some people rent their driveways at a cheap price, say $10 a day. You can find nearby private rental parking driveways at some apps.
