Set in New York, 1.2 km from National September 11 Memorial & Museum, Artezen Hotel has a fitness centre and rooms with free WiFi access. Staff was very polite, friendly and helpful all the time. Hotel location is AAA, since it is in a safe area, next to Wall Street and the WTC, in the middle point of distance from Uptown and from Brooklyn. The room and the bathroom were always clean and hot water was available all the time. The room was equipped with a coffee nespresso machine with capsules, a safe box and a comfortable desk that I used to do some work with my laptop. Price was very convenient considering average prices of the city. I'll definitely choose again Artezen Hotel in a future visit to NY.

Everything was also very clean and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Even though the location was very central, it was quiet at night in the room. We also had everything we needed in the room, including option to make coffee. Wifi was good as well. Many very nice restaurants around, also excellent location to walk basically everywhere. Very friendly and helpful Staff. Special greetings to Reet - the Estonian manager 😊

What an amazing place and such a great surprise !! It is an old steel factory converted into a hotel with the perfect mix of maintaining the original character while being a newly renovated 4-star hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, and we loved our tour of the reception hall along with a history lesson of the original purpose. The room was very spacious with high ceilings, the bed very comfortable and breakfast included with a waterfront view was an extra bonus. We will definitely stay there again on our next travels.
