There is a common space on the 8th floor with a rooftop terrace, a kitchen and living room, and a gym. This was our favourite space to hang out and work! The price of the room was very cheap and the best your can fin by far. Republicans is known to be a dodgy area, but we never felt any danger. They provide with some treats and breakfast items, juice and coffee/tea which we did not expected that was included. Bed is very comfortable and the location is great, 3 min from metro station Faria Lima. The view is amazing to sunset lovers. You feel secure in this place.

Facilities are good, hot showers, good WiFi, comfortable beds, etc. and there's a nice bar and terrace. The location is fantastic too, close to the metro and lots of shops and restaurants. The staff were very helpful too, checking me in even at 1am and answering all my questions. Especially Estella who helped me a lot, thank you!

Good location a supermarket is in front of hotel and SUKIYA locates 3 houses away. This is very dangerous for Japanese. Good hot shower and equipped all amenities needed. No word for complaining.
