The rooms were very ample in size and very comfortable beds. The restaurant was in a nice location overlooking the canal and we were lucky with the weather and watching the wildlife. Right on the Dales Way trail which joined up with the Pennine Way. Lots of wildlife and different walks. The cottage had plenty of information for the surrounding area. Great WiFi signal in the middle of nowhere!
