The property itself was beautiful and the perfect getaway for a couple’s night or weekend. Mary was really accommodating going above and beyond by setting up balloons and a birthday banner, even getting my girlfriend a card. A wonderful place with beautiful views and peaceful atmosphere.

Apartment was spacious throughout. Layout was well thought and architected, the wide opening patio doors were a great addition. Jacuzzi was brilliant and a great way to ralax and unwind after driving, the setting overall was peaceful and calm. Netflix and satellite tv was available, which was great. Most of all, Tilly - the friendly lab who had hollow legs, we really wanted to take her home 🙂

The rooms were very good, they were very large and spacious and very clean with ensuite shower rooms. I found the beds very comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, suggesting places to eat and tips of how to get to places. The location of the hotel is very good, with it being close to both Bath and Longleat safari park which were the two places we visited.
