The location is spectacular, in a crater in the desert. The campsite itself had a very cool, relaxed vibe. The facilities were all very clean and comfortable. The campsite had a small shop and bar. Breakfast was available but there was also a communal kitchen and BBQ area for self-catering. The bell tents were very spacious and very comfortable. Night time was a real experience, with the nocturnal animals - foxes, wolves, etc. - providing a memorable soundtrack!

As it is near desert the nights get cold but our tent had a powerful heater and the staff was very friendly. The showers are near the tents so we didn't have to go long distances, and quite seperate from the more vivid areas (fireplace, pool, bar).
