But Coorg wilderness resort outshines all of it. The word excellent is insufficient to describe the resort. The best highlights are the location, food including dinner and breakfast. Also to note the staff are highly trained, kind and the best I have come across so far. They took good care of us especially when one of us fell ill during the trip. They even charged us nominally for the lunch and dinner we requested them as we could not travel due to illness. The owner is so loving, such a genuine family he has, so helpful, welcoming nature. It feels like home away from home. If you visit in June, weather is awesome, mixture of rains and sunlight. Bus stop right outside property which runs regularly and takes you right into Madikeri in less than 15 mins. Comfortable bed, hot showers, mosquitoes, balcony to watch sunset. Decent breakfast with fresh fruit and coffee. Bottled water every day! Would highly recommend.
